I’m a tourist who only speaks English but the team was able to accommodate this. The van was spacious for my family of four. Good storage and easy to drive. A little big while navigating rural roads but I got the hang of it fairly quickly. Quite comfortable! Unfortunately, the fresh water tank was empty and the waste water tank wasn’t emptied. I had to empty it at a public toilet. Please note that bedding (extra charge) and any other items like camping chairs or cooking equipment isn’t included. We wished there was a propane stove, pots and kettle for us to cook with.

貸し出しのやり取りもスムーズで、丁寧に安心して利用できました。 車内も3〜4人なら余裕で楽しめる広さと、シンク、冷蔵庫、引き出しを含めたキッチン周りの動線の使い勝手もよくかなり快適でした。 シャワーは付いていないですが、丸々シャワールームが収納になっているので収納力は抜群です。 欲を言えば、その収納内部に棚やハンガーのかけられるツッパリ棒があれば完璧。 ハイエースベースなので運転もしやすく燃費もそこまで悪くありません。 ぜひまた使いたいと思える素晴らしい車でした。 ありがとうございました！
