If the vehicle requires repair or cleaning due to an accident, breakdown, or damage, and cannot be rented to the next customer, a Non-Operation Charge (NOC) will be charged as compensation for lost business. • Self-driving return: 200,000 yen • Unable to drive: 300,000 yen *NOC is not covered by insurance. ・Regarding foreign customers We welcome customers from overseas. For customers who will be driving with a license other than a Japanese one, we require a deposit of 100,000 yen on the day of rental.
